It gives me great pride to share the journey of Hilton Hydro Energy Limited. From the conception of the Super Kabeli Khola Hydropower Project to its commissioning on Chaitra 02, 2081 BS, our work has been guided by one belief, that Nepal's rivers can power Nepal's future.

Our 12 MW run-of-river plant generates clean, dependable electricity for the national grid while protecting the river, the watershed and the way of life around them. Every megawatt we add is a step toward a more energy-independent, low-carbon Nepal.

We believe responsible development means partnership: hiring locally, investing in our host communities, and operating with safety, transparency and engineering excellence at every step.

None of this would be possible without the trust of our shareholders, partners, regulators and the local communities who walk this path with us. On behalf of the Board, I thank you for your continued support as we build the next chapter of clean energy together.
